Our history

Allvue was formed by Vista Equity Partners in September 2019, with the merger of Black Mountain Systems and AltaReturn. Merging Black Mountain’s extensive experience in data aggregation, process management, and business reporting with AltaReturn’s solutions for private capital fund managers and administrators, Allvue offers a broad set of alternative investment solutions with superior asset coverage.
