Mark has extensive experience leading successful organizations driving strategy, evolving technology and guiding strategic acquisitions. He most recently served as President of Merchant Solutions at FIS Global in connection with FIS’s acquisition of Worldpay. Prior to the acquisition, Mark served as President, Chief Operating Officer and member of the Board of Directors of Worldpay, Inc. Additionally Mark served as Chief Financial Officer at Vantiv and prior to that held a number of CFO and financial management positions at companies, including Trow Global, Teranex, Jackson Hewitt, Cendant, and First Data. Mark started his career as a Tax Manager at Deloitte. Mark holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska.
James brings 30 years of Fintech leadership experience to the role of Chief Operating Officer. He has had success leading global teams to deliver superior client experience from implementation through support. Before joining Allvue, James was CTO of the Merchant Division of Fidelity Information Systems after the acquisition of Worldpay. At Worldpay James was CIO/CTO leading all aspects of technology. Prior to working at Worldpay James was the Infrastructure CIO of Interactive Data Corp. He has also held various senior technology roles in investment banking in Europe and the US. James has a Bachelor of Arts from Sunderland University in the United Kingdom.
Ryan has over 30 years of experience in running software businesses and leading sales teams. Prior to Allvue, Ryan spent 7.5 years in London at Finastra and Misys, where he served as EVP of International and was responsible for all go-to-market teams and client facing activities for the European, Middle Eastern and Asian Pacific territories. Additionally, Ryan was the Misys Global Head of Sales prior to the merger of Misys and D+H. Ryan also held several leadership roles in Europe and the US for SunGard and GLTrade. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University and served as a Captain in the US Army Reserves for 11 years.
Brandon brings over 15 years of enterprise application development to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Allvue. He was the original employee when Black Mountain was founded in 2007 and has architected the Everest solution since its inception. Brandon started and ran the Professional Services group and oversees all product development and internal engineering for the firm. His prior experience includes architecting a loan origination system and developing an automated underwriting engine for Accredited Home Lenders. He holds a degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara in Computer Science.
Joe is the Chief Human Resources Officer of Allvue. Joe has led the Human Resources function in several global organizations most recently as CHRO of Finastra a leading global Fin Tech company. Joe had a lengthy career with Unilever, a global leader in consumer products, with leadership roles in Canada, US and Europe. Joe has led several change transformation projects along with significant experience with mergers and acquisitions. Joe has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia along with post graduate Human Resources programs at the University of Michigan and USC Marshall School of Business.
Yuriy has 20+ experience working in different functions for technology solution providers in Capital Markets. Most recently he worked as Head of Product Management at Fidessa Inc and managed the build out of its derivatives trading OEMS for global financial institutions as well as the execution and analytical tools for global FCMs. Prior to that, he oversaw product development and product strategy at CQG Inc. Yuriy holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science from Tashkent Technical University in Computer Engineering.
With over 20 years of technology investment banking experience, Paul brings with him deep expertise in the financial technology sector, as well as the capital markets and corporate finance. Paul joined Allvue after spending 15 years at Morgan Stanley where he was a Managing Director and led the financial technology investment banking team. Based in New York, Paul advised global technology clients on capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and various other strategic transactions. Paul earned an MBA from the University of Michigan and a B.A. in History from the University of Notre Dame.
Robert lends his strategic acumen to the Allvue leadership team and is focused on driving key strategic initiatives across the organization. Prior to joining Allvue, Robert worked for Vista Consulting Group, the operating arm of Vista Equity Partners, where he helped create and execute value creation plans to realize Vista’s investment theses across over 30 software portfolio companies. Preceding his time at Vista, Robert was a strategy consultant at Accenture, focusing on large scale cost transformations for Private Equity backed companies in the Consumer Goods sector. Robert holds a degree from the University of Chicago in Economics.
Grant has held leadership positions in FinTech for the past 10 years, following a career in trading where he ran cross-asset trading portfolios for a boutique investment firm and led prop trading for a major investment bank through the financial crisis. Grant joined Allvue Systems from Finastra, where he ran global go-to-market across its verticals, was the commercial head of LenderComm, and ran the regional partners organization.
Susan has a wealth of experience leading the planning and execution of global marketing and corporate communications programs. Prior to joining Allvue in 2019, Susan was a member of the marketing leadership team at Finastra, heading their digital marketing practice. Prior to Finastra, Susan led global marketing at Fitch Group, overseeing messaging and communications for the Ratings business. There, she established the Fitch Group brand and positioning and also built the Fitch Solutions marketing function. Before that, Susan held various marketing roles at Standard & Poor’s. Susan holds a Bachelor of Arts from Miami University in International Studies.
