Andi is Allvue’s embedded AI assistant, delivered as a browser extension available on the Google Chrome Web Store and the Microsoft Edge Add-Ons store. Acting as an always-on knowledge agent, Andi provides real-time, in-platform support drawn directly from Allvue’s product documentation — helping users navigate workflows, answer questions, and resolve issues without leaving their day-to-day environment. Andi is currently available for Fund Accounting and Credit Front Office solutions including Trade Order Management, Compliance, and Portfolio Management, providing step-by-step guidance on tasks like capital calls, issuer setup, compliance rule interpretation, and trade execution.

Document IQ is Allvue’s AI-powered data extraction solution for credit managers. It transforms credit statements and financial documents into structured, actionable data — automating the financial spreading and portfolio monitoring data entry that credit analysts currently perform manually. Document IQ integrates directly with existing Allvue templates, workflows, and systems, enabling scalable deployment without disrupting existing processes. It is particularly valuable for private debt and CLO managers who review large volumes of borrower financial statements during underwriting and ongoing monitoring.

Allvue’s Agentic AI Platform is built with a privacy-first architecture: client data is never stored, logged, or used to train foundational AI models. All AI interactions are fully ephemeral and isolated from foundational model pipelines, ensuring complete confidentiality. The platform enforces TLS 1.2+ encryption, role-based access controls, and full audit logging across all AI interactions.
