He brings more than 25 years of financial services experience, with deep expertise in loan servicing, capital markets operations, and large-scale transformation programs. Prior to Allvue, Steven held senior leadership roles at Finastra, Q2, Misys, and Lehman Brothers, where he built and ran services businesses, led complex implementations, and partnered with banks and asset managers to modernize operations, combining operational rigor with a practical, client-first approach to service delivery.
