Richard Change joins Allvue following its acquisition of PFA Solutions, which he co-founded in 2012. PFA developed technology solutions for GP carried interest allocations, total compensation management, and consolidated investor and portfolio performance tracking across funds. Previously, Richard served as Chief Application Architect at The Carlyle Group. He brings over 20 years of technology experience and deep expertise in fund operations.
