Hi, I’m Douglas Closs, and I wanted to take a couple of minutes to show you how Allvue’s Investor Portal can improve communication with your investors.
In this video, we’ll show you how the platform accentuates the LP experience and allows them to self serve their reporting needs, saving time for GP back-office teams. Let’s get started.
Allvue’s dynamic dashboards and intuitive communication controls ensure fund managers can get the right information to the investors when they need it. Your investors can use the portal to download and view documents and update information like wire instructions and communication preferences via the interactions tab.
The portal offers a variety of dashboarding and reporting capabilities, including drill-through reporting, accessible via the account summary dashboard. Here, LPs can quickly and easily access all the reporting they need. The portal also integrates with Microsoft PowerBI, where GPs can easily customize and configure dashboards, allowing investors to access the data points most important to them. This can help cut down on the number of ad hoc data requests investors will send to the GP.
Finally, Allvue allows for complete white labeling for GPs, handing you complete control to customize branding, colors, images, logos, and administration and permissioning capabilities directly within the portal.
