Hi, I’m Barb Rockenbach, and I wanted to take a couple of minutes to show you how Allvue can help reduce your quarter end reporting cycle. In this video, we’ll look at how Allvue can help you deliver timely and accurate presentation quality reports to your investors.

Let’s get started!

Allvue delivers out of the box all of your standard fund financial statements, including a balance sheet, income statement, schedule of investments, and statement of cash flows. Each of these reports are automatically generated from the underlying fund accounting system. All you need to do is simply select a date, select your fund, and you have a presentation quality report.

To help ensure quality assurance and save time, each of these financial statements come with drill-through reporting to the underlying transactions. On the drill through, you can come in and see the make up of any balance on a financial statement, as well as easily reference back and reconcile with fund accounting. Additionally, we offer a full breakdown of your schedule of investments by security outlining the cost and fair market value of each investment.

And lastly, powered by our allocation engine, you’re able to automatically produce investor-level reports, such as ILPA fee templates and investor capital account statements. Again, each of these reports comes with drill-through reporting not only for reconciliation, but also to help you answer ad hoc requests from your investors.
